Fursuit Commissions

  1. Customers must be 18 years of age or older. A commission is a legal contract between Gnoll Patrol and the customer.

  2. Concept art can be created if needed. Typically there is no extra cost for small pieces of concept art for the purposes of clarifying details.

  3. All costume/fursuit commissions have a 3-month repair/alteration warranty.
    In the event that a commissioned piece doesn’t fit the customer upon delivery, Gnoll Patrol will alter the piece at no cost.
    In the event that a commissioned piece develops a tear or other defect from normal wear within 90 days, Gnoll Patrol will repair the piece at no cost.
    Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Damage resulting from unapproved alterations or uses of the product are not covered under this warranty.

refund policy

  1. In the event that Gnoll Patrol cannot complete your commission, a full refund will be issued to the original funding source.

  2. If your fursuit commission has been queued longer than the estimated completion window with no progress, the customer may request a full refund.

  3. If your fursuit commission has been queued for less time than your estimated completion window with no progress, the customer may request a refund of the amount paid minus a service fee of 10%.
