Fursuit Commissions

  1. Customers must be 18 years of age or older. A commission is a legal contract between Gnoll Patrol and the customer.

  2. Concept art can be created if needed. Typically there is no extra cost for small pieces of concept art for the purposes of clarifying details.

  3. Updates will be provided during production.

  4. All costume/fursuit commissions have a 3-month repair warranty. In the event that a commissioned piece develops a tear or other defect from normal wear within 90 days, Gnoll Patrol will repair the piece at no cost. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Damage resulting from unapproved alterations or uses of the product are not covered under this warranty.

  5. US Shipping is included in the quoted price. International shipping may be an extra charge.

refund policy

  1. In the event that Gnoll Patrol cannot complete your commission, a full refund will be given.

  2. If your fursuit commission has been queued for more than 90 days with no progress, the customer may request a full refund.

  3. If your fursuit commission has been queued for less than 90 days with no progress, the customer may request a refund of the amount paid minus a service fee of 20%.
